Review and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will review it to make sure it meets our return conditions. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund in accordance with our refund policy.

If you want to exchange one item for another, follow these steps:

Review and Processing: Once we receive the exchange item, our team will review it to make sure it meets our exchange conditions. We will process the shipment of the new item and provide you with the tracking information.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging or strong packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred.
